Test Yourself

Test Yourself

If you suspect that you or a loved one suffers from snoring or any other type of sleep-related breathing problem, we highly recommend taking a self-evaluation test. While the only true way to rule out sleep apnea or sleep suffocation is with a hospital sleep study called a polysomnogram (PSG), there are some things to look for that can help determine if a PSG is necessary.

All tests are self-contained, and you are the only person to know the results. Once you have taken all tests, take a look at the common symptoms of breathing disorders. Depending on your individual results you may consider contacting us at The Center for Sound Sleep. We specialize in helping people find the best solution. You must understand that even if you "pass" all of the self-evaluation tests, it does not rule out that you have obstructive sleep apnea!

In case you live outside of easy travel distance, we advise you to contact your physician or a local sleep medicine specialist. Take action and help your body avoid permanent and serious damage. Be the best you can be!
